Fantastic news!
Case rates have declined to some of their lowest levels at any point in the pandemic, and test positivity rates have hit an all-time low, putting us in the least restrictive “Yellow Tier” under the State’s Blueprint for a Safer Economy.
The county’s vaccination rates are also amongst the highest in the nation. With the county in a much safer place than it was even a month ago, several changes have been made to our local health orders. The state will be keeping current masking guidance as it is until June 15, and we in Santa Clara County will do the same.
